Our client is a specialist exterior wall systems contractor and is looking for a motivated individual to join an energetic and versatile team
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be a part of exciting projects throughout the southeastern United States. Projects include exterior wall systems in airports, entertainment venues, convention centers, educational institutions, hotels and many others
The applicant must have experience in exterior systems including insulated wall panels, custom ACM wall panels, aluminum plate, custom sheet metal, terracotta, fiber cement and single skin

Responsibilities
-- Project Scheduling
-- Material and subcontractor procurement, construction coordination, site logistics
-- Project change management, maintain projects within budget and budget forecasting
-- Responsible for project controls during all phases from Project Assignment to Project Closeout
-- Responsible for submittals, purchasing, maintaining records of conversations -- Attend weekly meetings for various on-going projects
-- Overall responsibility and act as liaison to customer project teams

-- Responsible for project controls during all phases from Project Assignment to Project Closeout

Requirements
Tasks to fulfill these requirements may include, but are not limited to:
-- Strong and demonstrated attention to detail, ability to multi-task and take direction
-- Knowledge of the Construction Industry
-- Proficient in Excel, Word and Adobe/Bluebeam
